Roumèr Cosmetics uses accredited shipping partners. We may use other shipping parties depending on the exigencies of the product(s) to be delivered.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The shipping / handling charges applicable on each product are specified on the website. In the event any additional charge(s) (whether on account of special delivery requests, redelivery requests or otherwise) are payable on a product, the same will be communicated to you, by email, prior to dispatch of your order. Roumèr Cosmetics, reserves the right to withhold delivery of products for non-payment of such additional charges.

Free shipping is available all over India. Roumèr Cosmetics reserves the right to change/recall this offer of free shipping. This offer may not be available in certain delivery areas.

ORDINARY DELIVERY TIMES

The estimated delivery time for each product is 5-7 working days. We will render our best efforts to ensure your product is delivered within the specified timeframe. However, these timeframes are only an estimate and we do not guarantee delivery of your product within the said timeframe.

EXTENDED DELIVERY TIMES

In certain cases the delivery timelines may vary from those specified on the Website, amongst others, for the following reasons:

  1. a) Our inability to verify the details of the customer who has elected to pay for the product via COD.
  2. b) The area in which the product is to be delivered is not supported by our shipping partners.

Ordinarily, Roumèr Cosmetics will promptly notify you of an anticipated delay in the delivery of your product(s).

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

Your order maybe delivered in multiple packages. In such an event we request you to pay for only that package as has been received by you. At the time of delivery, please inspect the outside packaging to ensure that there is no physical damage. If damaged, do not accept delivery of the order and immediately get in touch with us at info@roumercosmetics.com

Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available at certain geographical locations. In such cases, Roumèr Cosmetics will inform you via phone/email about the same. Our shipping partners will make three attempts to deliver COD orders after which the product will be returned to the shipper / our office. The order will then be treated as cancelled by Roumèr Cosmetics and you may need to place a fresh order for the product. For COD orders, we would be grateful if you could tender exact change at the time of delivery. Roumèr Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel orders where COD is not possible.

DELAYED DELIVERY

If for some reason, your product has not been delivered to you within the estimated timeframe specified on the website, please confirm with your co-workers / family members if they have received the same on your behalf. If your product has not been received by you / your family members / co-workers then please get in touch with us at info@roumercosmetics.com

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

In case you receive a damaged or wrong product, kindly email us at info@roumercosmetics.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Roumèr Cosmetics is not responsible in any manner whatsoever, for

  1. Delivery of the product(s) at a wrong address furnished by you
  2. Any loss/damage due to incorrect, incomplete and/or false information furnished by you.
